Hi I have a Topmig super 196 Turbo 196 it won't stop feeding wire even when the torch is of is ther a automatic button are what could it be thanks

Sounds like the relay has stuck closed

It could be a blown (short-circuit) transistor in the speed control circuit - if you adjust the knob, will it speed up/ slow down? If it does, probably a stuck relay. If it's permanently flat-out, probably the transistor.
