I've got a few of these Air sanders, the clamp that holds the arm to the gun, cracks, I have welded them up: they just found other ways to kill them.
RPM is 16,000 so should be good for this

I didn't take any of the machining, all I did was mill a sallow grove for the 19x19mm bar to registor to, 3 holes for bolting it to the file, the holes in the file were placed so as to hit the webbing between the inlet and out galleries. M6 capheads were used.
