Tool identification please

A pal of mine sent me these pics saying that neither him or the (potential) seller have any idea what they are!
Any suggestions? (clean, preferably)

If you are looking for some just watch out for the angles of the cutters, some of them only seem to take one csk angle so make sure it matches whatever you need

Saw this on Facebook, annoyed me that they were selling a very useful tool and had no idea what they had or value

They are countersinks. The cutters are threaded into the tool which should have a spring loaded collar which when you pull outward on it you can rotate it to adjust for depth. They look slightly different from mine, but the principle should be the same.

Micrometer stop countersink as above. Not a cheap tool

The seller may or may not know what they are, the knowledgable membership seems to recognize them, they would lie around here till they were weighed in but why the h*** is your pal trying to buy something he knows nothing about?

To sell on at a profit? He might not know what they are but he knows a man who knows some people who might.

Reminds me of a Pop rivet remover - you set the stop so it removes the head without damaging the base material.
