could anyone here make a set of tool and dies to make parts on a fly press?

We need to make these:

Currently formed by hand with a hammer round a former

Whats the sizes tolerences and time scale. ?

May not be enough power on a fly press to draw them from a flat disc.

I would make a bead roll for that.

We currently form them from tube.
