tool box from Costco?

Hi all.

I was in costco today and saw two roll cabs which took my fancy. One was a nice stainless one with a big chunky solid wooden top, and the other was a blue roll cab with a top box. Ive tried copying the links but it wont let me on my phone! Does any one have and toll boxes from costco and are they any good? Im after a second roll cab as im getting a second van and it will be sitting in there rather than getting lugged about so im not fussed about buying anything too pricey

I have a slightly older version of this that sits in my home workshop. Think ive had it for ten years or so now and it's rock solid

It isnt that one, the one ive seen doesnt have a top box. It also has a little locker built in. Its on the website under tool storage though so your on the right page.

Do they have roller bearing drawers? The one in store was locked and there wernt any boxed up to check

Yes, they have roller bearing drawers. I have one almost identical to that with slightly different depth drawers. They are great toolboxes. Have to say though I paid £500 (not from Costco because they didn't have any left) but my mate did and they were about £300-350 then - I can't quite remember. That was about 5-6 years ago.

I also have the Halfords professional boxes and they are not a patch on this one (size & quality). But at the price they are now maybe you would expect that.

We had a couple at the place I used top work. I'd say they are pretty good for the money, strong and robust enough for most applications.

I have the stainless one just down the page but I didn't pay any where near 650 quid for it. I also have a brown one with a wooden top like a butchers block. The boxes all seem good. I was going to buy the big stainless one but thought it might be too big, wish I had bought it now as mine's overflowing. Oh and yes, they do have ball bearing runners.

I bought one of the blue homak ones a couple of months back and I have been really pleased with it
