As above - it’s about £130 to get it to me in Inverness, but only if secured to a pallet.
Machinery mover quoted £750 (including the onward pallet shipping) or £1000 if he takes it all the way. The mill was £600.
350kg machine, should roll right onto driveway if needed, and access is suitable for a typical hiab/dropside type thing. Could even be dismantled and lifted on by hand by someone knowledgable. Onward journey by pallet courier is then simple.
Decent fee for the work.
Recommendations for a decent machinery mover near Southampton also appreciated.
