Todays Car Boot Find

Was being used by a guy selling jewellery to hold his stock, took some serious bartering to get it off him.

It's a genuine Moore & Wright in really nice condition, made in the day when quality was considered important, all the dovetails joints etc are still as tight as the day it was made..

No key for the lock but will make or find one rather than change the lock spoiling it's originality.

Not sure if I'm keeping it yet, I already have one the same and a much larger version so it was just a case of rescuing it from the car boot more than anything else, seemed just so wrong it sitting there with ear rings and bracelets in it...... it looked sad

May pass it on to a true machinist who can use it for what it was designed for, or may end up with my electrical toolkit being housed in it, not decided yet.

I don't have a M&W one but my father in law gave me his that he made as an apprentice which has the same drawer knobs and design with all his stuff inside to I was lucky though.
