Titanium Sheet Suppliers

I need some titanium for another rose project. This one be anodised, probably to a magenta or redish colour.

eBay currently seems the Cheapest place for small quantities, I probably need a piece of 300x300.

Can anyone advise any other suppliers worth trying and if there is any difference in the formability or weldability between Grade 2 and grade 5 6Al4V.

I think the place I use for laser cutting my bumpers stocks titanium....you might be able to get off cuts or parts of a sheet....

Titanium is going to be hard to form either way

I've got a couple of sheets of Ti, maybe 1mm or 2mm thick. Give me a shout if you want some.

Looking online it seems Grade 1 or 2 titanium is going to be a lot easier to form than grade 5.
In stainless I used 0.6mm and it wasn't too bad at all.

A LOT easier. Grade 2 isn't that different from 3xx series stainless to work with, from a shaping POV the most noticable difference is more springback which is common to all flavours of Ti
Annealed grade 5 is a chunk harder than normalized 4130, its yield strength is around double and higher than the UTS of normalised 4130
