New drill bits for more flux capacitors. Fingerprint for scale (Also a scale bar for scale).

coincidentally the nickname we gave a manager at a previous job...because he was a small boring tool

that aside, tiny tooling amazes me every time i encounter them...even a 1mm drill bit baffles me as to how it doesnt just disintegrate immediately

The impact wrench power drawbar on the mill broke two of those drills! I had to put the empty toolholder in the spindle and tighten the collet nut against the spindle brake.

I have a small bench drill by Medow's.....it's 3 phase and top speed is 23,000rpm....thats right no mistake on speed
I run it at 1/2 that speed for 1mm pilot drill holes....
how the bits don't disintegrate blows me away....I do use a little sud's tho...

jesus...and there is me moaning that my drills slowest speed of 600 is still to fast for most of what i do 23k rpm is crazy
