TIG Training

Hi guys,
I'm near Southport and wondered if there's anyone locally to me who could give me some pointers/training for an hour or two? More than happy to compensate for time?? I 'can' weld (ISH and I say that very loosely!!) however I know I'm not doing it right as I can't seem to get small welds, especially fillet welds!!
