Tig questions...

Hello...
I have an inverter bought 6 months ago... And it has no the plug for tig cable.. If i buy something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/WP-17FV-12E-2-TIG-welding-Flexible-Valve-Torch-Body-/400225280368?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d2f492170 and a gas tank,will i be able to weld with tig method? i must adjust the gas flow from the torch switch?

You can buy a scratch start torch kit, difficult to learn with, have you tig welded before ?

no.. i have the welder only for 6 months and i have used it for iron,cast iron and inox ... is scratching tig safe? or it will be difficult to learn?
