Okay Sean, ive changed it for you.
They are called 'hyperlinks'

1) Type your message
2) Select the section of text you want to use as the link.
3) Click the icon in the message editor that looks like a globe with a chain underneath
4) A pop up box will appear asking you to enter the url, put it in and click 'Ok'

Then post as normal

Just bought Sam's Tig set

My God, it's sooo big!
Good job I took a bigger trailer.
Hopefully I'll have it wired in by weekend and I can post some pics. of my work.
