TIG Brazing Question

I Know for welding steel/stainless/alley,, you use argon But can you use Co2 If you are Brazing with tig ! Using flux coated rods,,,
The way ime looking at it is tungstone gives the heat Flux on rods so the Co2 would be used for cooling the tourch!!
To some of you this might be a silly question but you only learn by asking !

No CO2, no flux.

CO2 will fry the tungsten immediately
Flux coated brazing rods are for oxy fuel. They contain too much zinc anyway which will be vaporised and fry the tungsten- white soot and smoke everywhere

TIG/MIG brazing wire is different to oxyfuel- typically copper sillicon (CuSi3) or phosphor bronze (sif #8, C11).

The tungsten will just disintegrate, You will need pure argon and non fluxed silicon bronze rods,
