TIG Advice

Hi, new to the site and am looking for some advice.

I've just had to give back the Miller( Goldseal 160i ) TIG that I have had the loan of for a while so I'm looking to buy a replacement. The Miller was a great machine so that is the benchmark for the replacement. I won't be welding Ally so a DC machine will be fine. My budget is up to a max of £1000 so what are peoples recomendations.

Hello and welcome. A few members on here sell kit try weldequip Ive used him before and got a great service. Or diywelder and JML JML is based in Northumbria so depending where in Yorkshire you are is reasonable local

I'd get in touch with matt1978. He works for Lorch who, by all accounts (look at some of the threads about them), make great kit. I'm sure he'll be able to set you up with a good deal. I can certainly vouch for the service.
