I'll give that a go. I've got 2 1.5 metre lengths, so there should be plenty. For some reason they've drilled a few small holes half way along each length, so those will have to be filled before I try and find someone who's prepared to try and bend it.
Still, it costeth nowt and should save a few pounds (weight!) over doing it in stainless.
Used to make some small ti expansion tanks, some years ago, cant remember what they were for now, the joints were all close square corners ,on 16swg material, gas purged inside, using strips of parent material as filler, pressure tested to 20psi, never had a problem as i recall,
