I remember watching a similar documentary about the explosion in Texas city oil refinery, back in 1978, killing 15 people and injuring 150.
The ironic thing was that we were on a ship, in dry dock, in Texas City Refinery, when the documentary came on TV.
That place is massive, huge, thousands of miles of oil and gas pipework.

I was in an oil refinery once, big maze of pipework carrying all sorts of flammable stuff, walk round corner and there's a guy with a lit cig, felt a bit odd at the time lol
We had one on the outskirts of Calgary about 7 miles from me never to be replaced.
