Thin wall mild steel box/u section

I'm trying to find some 45 x 45mm x 20/22 swg mild steel box or 'u' section for my VW pickup project. I only need a couple of pieces 200mm long - any leads or ideas? Chassis outriggers? Can anyone fold some up? They will be used cap over the side window frames.
