Thin Wall DX type bush.

Trying to cure the excess play in by David Brown clutch pedal and I've knocked out one of the DX type bushes to measure for replacement.
Unfortunately it seems to be an odd size having thinner than standard wall. ID is 3/4", OD is 13/16". I need two an inch long to re-sleeve the clutch pedal. I cant find any online. All the on-line suppliers seem to have much thicker wall section 1/16" versus the 1/32" that I require.

Anyone know of any suppliers of this unusual size? It'll save me a bit of time on the lathe and mill having to make something.

I've never seen the imperial bushes in anything but 1/16" wall thickness, you can get DU flat strip in 0.028" (0.07mm) thickness, are you sure its a DX, they have an indented bearing surface to contain lubricant, the DU are plain, apologies if you already know that.

Yep it's the DX type. There's the remains of the indents on the less worn side of the bearing.

You finished welding that ramp up then? May be up to use MY Lathe later in the week. Yours is still not up and running as I remember. May need to use the TOS mill to bore out the bush once it's in as well.

All options being considered, though I'd really like to machine the pivot pin if anything. There's a slight bit of wear in that. Trouble is it's interference fit in the casting and not going to be easy to remove and replace.

The part does seem to be available from a few Case dealers in the US, but the $43 price x 2 put me off a little. Quite a few of the rarer David Brown spares seem to have highly inflated prices now.
I may try Lineholme Garage / Northwest tractor spares at Todmorden later on but not really hopeful.

You will probably find that the holes are oval as well, unless the old pins were very soft...

The bushes in the pedal haven't worn all the way through so I'd be surprised if the pedal hole is ovaled to a measurable extent. There's is plenty of meat in the pedal to enable me to drill and ream oversize for a standard sized DX bush though.
A clean up and closer examination of the pin reveals about ten thou of wear in the worst area and of course it's not even so an undersize bush isn't going to cure it properly.
Got the torch out and heated the casting for a while but no joy with moving the pin. I'll have another go another evening and if I can't remove it in one piece I'll cut it and drill until it submits, measuring first for the replacement I'll have to turn up.
