Thin resin nozzles?

Does anyone know if there's a chem fix resin manfacturer that supplies nozzles that are either relatively thin in diamater, or relatively long before they flare out & increase in diameter?
I need to resin around some metal posts that will be in situ. Not brave enough to fill the hole with resin then drop the posts in. Cheers

Hilti HIT cartridges come with a nozzle and extension tube in the pack.

An easy source of extension tubes is an expanding foam nozzle.

You can also buy a dedicated extension tube set (e.g. https://www.drapertools.com/product/01021/expanding-foam-gun-nozzle-set-10-piece/).
