Thermostatic shower valve

Any ideas how to strip this down for a clean? It’s sticking at lukewarm for quite a while before getting usably hot. Not the supply - plenty of hot water available at the tap.

Plenty of guides online, but none look like this one:

Have done so, thanks. Will put it back together for now.

Now, I can’t remember which way round the wax stat goes in - is it as pictured, seal outwards?

I just bin the whole thing for a new one....not worth the trouble....besides the new shower fitting looks smart....
