Thermal Arc Fabricator 181i Good/Bad ???

hey everyone
i am at school and im setting up a blacksmiths forge and metal workshop at home and obviously i need to get a welder and i was looking at the "Thermal Arc Fabricator 181i" . does any one have any experience of these
