I've no idea who makes that one but Thermal Arc rebadge/have kit made by various different manufacturers. Some of their MIGs are Lorch IIRC, some of their TIGs are (or used to be) made by Sanrex in Japan. I've a vague recollection that their basic stick inverters (like the 175se) might be Malaysian? It'd be a safer bet than a generic cheapnese thing from an ebay box mover but it'll be cheap for a reason, what jumped out at me was 9.2kVA That's greedy for 175A @ 20%
The duty cycles don't look great until you see they are quoted at 40C, they'll be a lot better at normal working conditions 25C or less. A lot of makers 'forget' to mention the temperature.
They also give a two year guarantee. It seems a lot cheaper than the other stuff sold under the Thermal Arc name
Dunno, I haven't got one and don't know anyone who has, but I don't get the impression they are rubbish and as Hotrodder says, probably a much better bet than the stuff you see flogged on ebay for similar prices.
