No, being able to weld three minutes out of every ten at 3/4 power isn't particularly good.
Really depends what you want to do with it.

how do i tell that? i thought 30%145 amps was good
im wanting it for welding 1.5mm upwards to its max, not too fussed about its top end as i have a arc i uses but would be nice to have the mig do big stuff too. i weld alsorts from land rover chassis - banger roll cages ect but i want a mig for the small stuff like the tractor in restoring has 1.5 mm plate wings i need to fix and i make anything anyone wants eg landy light bars ect last thing iv done was a bobcat muck scraper also im a agricultual contractor so have alsorts of things to weld hence after a all rounder
the one in the link is £445 + vat so its over £500 other thing iv considered is the 150 kemmpi but dont like the fack its so small and dosent take 15kg wire or euro fittings was considering a portamig or mta (i beleve thay are the same) 180 but have been told thay gone under???
