this is the pump im using for my cooler will mine in 30 psi and this one is 100psi hope this helps some one the rest can be built with things that are laying around.

I think that 100PSI is way to high, you may damage the tubing inside the TIG torch, you only need between 20-45PSI, 4lt/minute is about the right flow, the other thing is that some of those sort of pumps aren't meant to run continuously. Although for home use, you will probably not be running the cooler for long periods anyway. Then again, it is a cheap pump so if it does go it won't make a huge dent in your pocket if you have to replace it.

You may want to add a pressure relief bypass to reduce the pressure.
