The dumbest thing I've seen.

The dumbest thing I've seen was a man pumping up his car tyre in lane 3 of the A1M just after a junction!
I moved into lane 3 about 200 yards from the slip road and suddenly saw the car in front of me swerve to the left revealing this idiot gormlessly stairing up the road at me doing 70 mph.
I slammed on the brakes and then dabbed them 4 or 5 times to try to alert the 3 ton Merc 4x4 right up my **** doing the usual "I'm more important than anyone else" tailgating that there's a problem ahead, I got into lane 2 and passed but I dont know how the Merc missed him along with all the others!
What a ******* retard!
I phone the police but I reckon this F wit will be mashed by now

No dash cam, I couldn't even tell the phone operator what car or colour it was! Too busy avoiding the fool and watching my mirrors as the Merc got closer

Not quite the same, but a bloke of my aquaintance had a big car dealership , somewhat N of London.
He told me how they were at the crem , saying farewell to one of the London car dealers.. Some of the older members at the back were not seeing to well and one asked a couple of times 'What's going on now'. As the casket was 'passing the curtain' into the flames, he was told that 'fred' was going off to the DLV for the log book.
Of course, they went off for an epic **** up after and the next thing he remembered was peeing up the armco in the fast lane of the M1, with his car parked in lane 3.
Of course, much quieter in those days...
So, he gets home, to find his wife dragging a big suitcase down the stairs, then trying to cram it into her little Fiat. 'Can I help you with that ?' was not received very well.... So he went into his study and had a whisky..
Finally, she came in and said 'I was going to leave you, but can't get the F***** case into the car, so might as well stay..
Knowing I was looking for a car, he offered me a V12 E-Type at a massive discount. But, in the fuel crisis of the 70's, not a great idea for commuting.
Also lent me a new XJS C V12. Quite civilised and very quick...
