Tensioner toothed M8 nut/bolt for power steering pump/belts

Has anyone come across something that might fit this job. Mine has always been missing and its NLA with Mercedes.

This is a similar M10 one that is used on the alternator.

2.4 T4 vw transporters had a toothed nut set up like that for tensioning the alternator belt
