Telwin tig ?

I was ringing around the local welding suppliers here to see if any had any secondhand ac/dc tig welders. No real luck apart from a possible Miller that might be available, but at what price i don't know. One of the suppliers said they could do me a Telwin 220amp ac/dc in single phase. Has anyone any experience with them ?

I think Telwin is based in Italy and they make mig & mma welders for Sealey, Clarke and others. I would rate their migs as decent enough for a serious hobby user (I have a sealey) but some people have had issues with the wire feed motor. I wasn't aware that they made tig welders so it could be a rebadged chinese model.
