I am going to ask around for a price problem is it’s not really mobile yetit sometimes works out more cost effective to pay someone to do it.
There are mobile blasters who will come to you.I am going to ask around for a price problem is it’s not really mobile yet
yep depending how much u want to spend big ££ then you need the place to do it outside without neighborsThere are mobile blasters who will come to you.
I'd second that. Either get it to a blaster (rent or borrow a trailer) and or get them to come to you - they will spend more time setting up and packing up than doing the job - but it will still be a better job, as well as saving time.it sometimes works out more cost effective to pay someone to do it.
Makes a right mess, take it to them…What would I pay for blasting a chassis
Thanks I will ask winchboy. If this is any use to you let me know. I replaced all the valves and fitted a new PCL moisture trap but then after buying the glass media not used it again.
Yesterday I picked up a BlastClean GB25 pot blaster. It has a T pipe going into the pot with a valve on side going to the moisture trap and on the other side a valve that feeds a pipe to the bottom of the pot via a blue hose. At the bottom of the pot there is another valve coming from the pot before it goes to a T pipe which is fed from the blue hose. I have no idea how to use it but assume it is:
Open air valve into pot until pressured
Open air valve to the blue pipe
Open valve from bottom of pot to supply grit.
I've started to pull it apart to inspect it and found the moisture trap...
