te 151

hi
iam new to this forum and could do with picking your brains.i have a te 151 turbo and need to know if i can use flux cored wire. i take it i cant because i cant see where to reverse the polarity but i could do with knowing for sure.

The TE models are gas only as you can't reverse the polarity.

You can try good flux wire, the cheap stuff will probably not work well. The better wires seem to handle the wrong polarity ok. Get some name brand wire like Lincoln, Murex etc. the SIF weldequip sells is supposed to be decent.
