A bit outside the box here, but I'm welding up a frame for my parents allotment, and sections will bolt together to build up the full frame to save on transporting the whole thing together and make it easier to move in the future yada yada..
One worry I have is that being sections of fairly serious steel tubing, the local oiks will have a crack at nicking it, and so I was wondering if I could make it a bit harder for them by using tamper proof nuts to bolt it together.
I can see various (expensive) versions online but I was wondering if anyone had any smart ideas for this, maybe a modification to a wrench and a bit of work on existing nuts and bolts on the lathe?
Maybe I'm overthinking it, it's just the price of steel these days!
