Taking apart Lorch pedal.

I have one of the Lorch plastic pedals for my tig and it has begun creaking which is quite annoying, however the two bolts/screws that hold the pedal together seem to have been drilled out, not sure if I am missing something.

Just need to stick a bit of grease on the contact points for the spring by the sounds of it.

Any ideas

Leave it alone and crack on. Surely you cannot hear it over the AC and if you use it for DC turn up the radio.
It could be the spring it could be the gear on the pot and rack it could be the pivot pins. I wouldn't worry and start greasing it all up.

Are you sure they're not shear bolts to stop you taking it apart?.

My fronius pedal has a squeak on the return where the pot gear runs on the track. Never notice it when welding mind as I only ever use it for AC.
I'm certainly not gonna pull it apart to start putting lubricant in there. I remember that pedal Brad it's a nice one iirc very compact and low to the ground. Bet they are pricey things new.
The other lorch pedal type I've seen looks very similar to the rehm one with a steel shell and a Alu chequer foot plate. Rehm pedal was the nicest one I've used to date. Preferred it to the SSC ones. Was also a lot more cash than an SSC one too.
