Maybe give them a call just to see if they have something lurking in a dusty corner I know with the vintage of your version it would be a long shot though.

Here is a picture of the full set of punches for the original Flaremaster now that I've received the missing DIN punch from Sykes.

To identify them the numbers punched into each one are the same as the instructions posted by Sid further up
Left - OP1 SAE bubble flare stamped number 1
Middle - DIN metric flare stamped number 6. It has a grove cut around the hex
Right - OP2 SAE Double flare stamped number 7

Also if you look closely at the form of the DIN punch it has a small shoulder at the start that will produce a small vertical flank before the radius is formed on the front on the DIN flare.

Thanks for posting the photos and info - that did come in handy :-) I've dug one of these original SP flaring tools out and it works well but I only seem to have the no.1 punch and a no.7 would be useful. Are the punches stored loose in the box or hidden somewhere?

Anyone know how to remove the punches? Mine feels like it is attached to a spring.
