Hi all, registered on the site a while back but this is my first post. I am looking to purchase a mig welder that is used purely for vehicle MOT repairs. I'm currently using a Siegen 180amp machine which is total pants!
Does anyone have any experience of the SWP 170C http://www.welduk.com/Details.asp?ProductID=516 that is here? I need to purchase something that is more up to the task and don't want to get it if it will be no better than what I have now!
Would I be better getting a Parweld XTM 171C? I notice this only accommodates half size bottles, I'm using the volkszone offer gas but I'm unsure if this is half size?
