I think the OP is talking about installing one run of cable from the sheds existing distro board to a new socket. Not running a new supply to a shed.
It's also a 3-phase socket so the cable size can be reduced as you have more cores to carry current.
I would still fit the 32a socket as sooner or later you will want an a/c-d/c tig welder and if you have a socket to run it you will be able to buy a £5000 ex-industrial machine for £500.
