Hi all I have just acquired a sureweld suretig 250 ac/dc welder and was hoping someone would have a users manual or know of a link to one ? I have been mig welding for many years but this is my first tig so I haven’t a clue what button does what or how the thing works, thanks

lets start with the five Knobs from left to right
1 is pre flow gas in seconds
2 is slope up in seconds
3 is Amps
4 is slope down in seconds
5 is post flow gas in seconds
3 switches
1 under Amps is to swith on the peddle ?
2 arc weld / trigger switch 2 t / trigger switch on /off
3 HF high frequency on / dc /ac
Big switch DC or AC
Torch is in the right place
Earth lead needs to go in the + on the right hand
not sure on the plug next to torch
the foot peddle in the square socket

It's curious that the slope up does not use the same shape diagram as the slope down.
If you use a pedal (switch under amp control down), you may need to experiment with the position of the the three-position selector (above and to the right of amp control). With a pedal, I suspect it needs to be in the lowest position and not the middle position.
If using a pedal, there's a small possibility you might need to connect to both the round switch and square pedal sockets. Easiest way is to look inside at the square one and see how many pins are connected. If less than five, both sockets will be needed.

Why not just ring them, I've had a few dealings with them over the years with them being fairly local and and have always found them helpful enough, a lot of the Sureweld stuff is Telwin or CEA with the Sureweld rebrand, the mid sized Tigs like that one were very good reliable machines, we had a few similar models in a production welding shop and they used to run all day.
If its still sporting the original torch it may be fitted with an Interlas model rather than the more common (nowadays at least) weldcraft type, either way spares should be available from any welding supplier, put up a picture of the torch it shouldn't be too difficult to identify it.

Looks to be a weldcraft type WP9 gas lens type, At 125 amps capacity its bit too small for that welder really unless you are using it at the bottom end

You have a gas lens set up there at the mo
You can do it a lot cheaper if needed and buy collet bodies. These can be found in decent sized sets for pretty cheap.
Personally I prefer lens set up like you have but they can get pricey when buying a couple of each size inc collets caps etc.
As Paul said that's a low amp torch 120 amps DC and 80-90 AC will be about it. Start pushing it further and you'll murder the poor thing quickly.
