Speedflow.co.uk, Paceproducts, Rally design, Thinkautomotive. Paceproducts sell the Ford (modern?) style rad necks alongside tradtional caps and necks. ProAlloy have a similar product line but do their own caps in black plastic instead of Ford idiot yellow.
Ally tube is typically a LOT cheaper from a stockholder but obviously comes in longer lengths than 'by the metre' and you'll need to able to do the hose retention beads yourself. Still, a 5m length is often cheaper than the £/m although there are a few odd sizes ocasionally used for intercooler stuff that aren't commercially available i.e. the extrusion dies were custom made
