Subframe

Hi All,

Iv got a subframe back and need to paint/protect it. What type of paint do you recommend I use for this & other suspension parts under the car.

epoxy - i use jotun jotamastic but theres other brands too

It's already got a disting of primer, not sure if I need to then go to colour, then a clearcoat, or just find a product that is an all in one.

find out what primer ..be a shame to overpaint if its cheap rubbish

Its an etch primer thats on all the suspension/subframe parts.

What grit of sandpaper do i need for inbetween Costa.

Depends on the state/ condition of the subframe. When you say you've got it back, do you mean from shot blasting, or welding or rebuild?
