Not sure if this is the correct section. I have a Sealey stud Welder which I've had for a while but has not been used much.
Over the last couple if day it doesn't seem to have the power to weld the studs or washers to the panels, first couple will weld but you need the keep the power on for a few seconds not the half second as mentioned in the instruction.
Today though i could hear and electrical humm but nothing happened at all. I'm now thinking the transformer has packed up, Sealey sell a replacement for a about £250.00.
Sorry i know its a bit of a daft question but would you guys think its the transformer?
Cheers
