Stuck oxy hose

I tried to replace my hoses this week but the oxy hose is stuck fast on the torch, tried heating and beating but it's unscrewing the thread out of the torch, don't want to risk damaging threads on the torch by griping and can't use oil.
Only thing I can think of is cutting hose nut with a die grinder cut off wheel but even that's risky.
Any other ideas

If the thread in the torch is unscrewing, could another hose coupling be bought to replace the stuck one?

Penetrating oil could be used, but the torch would need to be scrupulously cleaned afterwards, to get rid of it.

Could the nut be filed down to the torch connector? Might be time taking but you would have control.

Cut most of the way through the nut with the cut off wheel then split it with a cold chisel.

if its a crimped tail on the gun cut the crimp and pull the hose off. fit the new hose on and use a jubily clip yes someone will say your not suposed to use them but ive used them on mine for 50 years

Thinking about it I may buy another torch anyway, then try cutting and splitting the nut on the old one, and keep it as a spare if it works.
Can't afford to risk not having a torch, probably 90% of my work is done with it, and the old hose are worn past saving
