strong enough for frame?

sorted design for my lathe stand.
got a load of 30x30x16g box left over from other projects.
will it be strong enough for stand?
will have 2 cabinets underneath it and top sect that holds coolant tray will be ladder effect frame?
also planning on corner to corner across back.

A lot of the strength will be gained in the design If yo do a basic sketch then other may point you in the right direction for adding bracing or gussets (ooh I do like that word..) etc
Just think a bike wheel takes the weight of an adult with not much more than a bunch of 1mm dia wires, it's in the design

Supporting the weight should not be a problem but the frame needs to be stiff enough not to allow the lathe bed to twist.
