Strimmer parts chainsaw parts the same ?

I've got a few of these lying around from a few repairs over meny years

If they look thr same are they the same ? Or is there different tensions on the rubber etc ?

And other parts of carb kits

The pin and the springs as well ?

I'd imagine if the engines were of a similar hp/displacement then the carbs may be the same. Walbro, Tillotson etc make carbs for loads of manufacturers so not implausible that a husky saw has the same carb as a kawasaki brushcutter.

Gaskets and diaphragms are much the same, its only when you start getting into mixture screw/jets they become model specific.

There are also so many generic carb kits out there on sale, l can't see the diaframs tensions being a problem.

had a go earlyer with a seams to have worked as such but its on one of the carbs that has no ajustment screws and to top that i screwed the cap on to tight and snaped the fuel lid tryed another and it seam to run then stoped im thinking the cap might not have a air hole to let air in might have to try the old cap again that i removed the rubber out of
