Look online at Bearing Boys, the kevlar belts I've bought from them have been Brill, now I must admit they have not been for this type of machinery but they do next day delivery or free 5 day if ordered online , measure the width depth and outside diameter never failed me and can't recommend them enough (other suppliers are available).

I cant believe that you don’t have a bearing and belt stockist locally that cant get a belt next day. Cromwell , Zoro and RS will if not.

We don't. We used to but not any longer.

It's an A33 that was fitted.
Available for under 3 quid on Amazon. Next day using prime.

I actually got a 825 as I could not get an 838 and I just can't believe 13mm stopped it going on easily.
My son with his ridiculous strength finally got it on. Hopefully it will stretch....they are not simple to fit.

They live and die on a registration number, even for two stroke oil for a strimmer.

Unlikely to get a 1/2" (13mm) wide belt from motor factors as mainly true 4X4's use them that wide.

I did get one though. Will update my threads over the weekend just to tidy things up.

If it really has stretched - it's knackered. Reinforcing cords don't do stretching much - they break instead. Buy the correct length, correct industrial belt now . . .

I've felt your frustration, couldn't find a belt for the vertical head on my British mill. Ended up taking the broken one on one of my trips overseas and finally found replacements at a Farm Supply store. They were listed under "Fractional Horsepower Belts", being belts for lawn mowers and such, and were dirt cheap compared to belts at auto parts dealers. So, consider checking out your nearest agricultural supplier.

All of ours have closed down. Midland Bearings is the closest 10 miles away.

Here you go. By turning the belt inside out, I measured it as 53 centimetres. The width of the belt is 10 mm and the thickness is 6 mm.
Also, as a reference, the last three photos provide the belt information from the one I purchased overseas at the farm supply; I bought two, as its always good to have a spare. Hope this helps.

That's for a Tom senior mate.
Mine is a j head Bridgeport.

I am pretty sure it's 35 inches around the outside.

Ohh, sorry about that. When you replied to my post I thought you had a Tom Senior mill. I must be getting old.
