Never had a problem filling the 25L portable fuel tanks (3 at a time) for the RIB we use in the Diving Club, at any petrol station. Probably should'nt be carrying them too far in the back of my Astra though.

I remember similar here in Bradford - occupant of a downstairs flat could smell petrol . . upstairs flat taxi driver had a wheelie-bin of petrol in his flat - slowly melting and leaking . . .
