Stone chip Gravitex over Tiger Seal

Just wanted to double check (pretty sure it will be correct)

I am doing area under my car.

Totally cleaned back. It has had epoxy primer over the area and then seam sealed with Tiger Seal. The bit I want to check is I assume once the Tiger Seal has fully gone off it will be fine to go over with Gravitex stone chip.

I can't see there would be a problem but just wanted to check.

Yes but you might want to scotch up the epoxy to give the stonechip a bit better grip.

Which scotch would you use. I have fine, medium and rough.

I used fine to rough up the epoxy for the tiger seal because it sticks like poo. I guess medium would be better over the tiger and epoxy for the gravitex?

Another alternative Richie00boy is to brush epoxy primer over the Tiger Seal. Then it will just be all epoxy that that the stone chip goes over. Or is that just over complicating it.

No need to put epoxy over the tigerseal, a waste in fact as tigerseal is a cured and tough product.

I would use maroon scotch. It may be Ok without it, it's just an extra insurance.
