Stick pins??

anyone ever used those aluminium sticky backed pins for holding insulation on the inside of industrial cladding?
They’ve (roughly) a 2” square base with a sticky on it and a 4” long spike.

I hope someone knows what I mean as I can’t think what there called and I’m in need of some!
