So guys,
My Clio will be getting ready for paint soon. I'm at the stage where the car is still on the rollover jig as a bare shell. The running gear will be all ready to go soon. Subframes painted, new bushes, shocks etc..
My current process flow is:
1. On the jig - prepare, paint and "finish" the underside body panel + wheel arches + engine bay.
2. Either on jig or dropped on stands - Add the subframe + running gear to make a rolling shell. Wondering will it be easy to steer the car without a steering wheel?
3. Paint the inside of car
4. Paint the outside of car
Anybody done this before?
