Stepper motors and pullies etc

Where is the best place to get a stepper motor and pullies plus some GT2 belt at a sensible price in the UK.
I put an offer in for a motor that was listed at 28.50.
It was declined uk- stepperonline on eBay.

I then put in an offer for 27 quid but had no reply.

I looked around and found same motor at 25 from eu-stepperonline.
Yes you guessed it....both from the same address.
So looking for an alternative source now?

Cheers Matt. I am trying to put together a single axis to see if it's powerful enough to cut 2mm roofing felt into strips.
I mechanised it last time I had some to do but all by hand, and I got tennis elbow for 4 months.
Not sure how to measure the power needed but thought I would get a few different sizes of pinions some GT2 belt and a NEMA 23 to see how it goes .

Just trying to find an hour or two to sort this out but it seems its not really aimed at plasma parts etc but I have messaged him to ask.

Seems like I need a ball screw set up rather than belt system which immediately makes it not doable short term due to costs. Unless anyone knows of a 12 or longer (cheap) ball screw set up.
He did say it would need 16 to 20mm screw but the only ones I can see on amazon at T8 which seen to go to 1500mm but not sure why they won't work?

How does a ball screw work.
Is it possible for me to machine a 16mm length of all thread and machine a mount for a nut to test proof of concept and what sort of torque is needed to make a cut.

Can you draw up how this will look?

How about chuck roll of felt on lathe with a bar supporting the roll and grind a knife tool to part it off?

Pull a fixed drag knife. I am hoping that Hotshoes pony pneumatic slide might solve my problem just waiting for specs.
