steel tubing ?

I'm looking for a thick walled tubing to use as spacers.
the hole needs to be big enough for an 8mm bolt to go through.
I can't seem to find one any where. I've tried tubing/piping etc nothing seem to come up of what I need.I already have 12mm x 1.6 wall tubing but I'm not sure that it will take the weight of a luggage rack etc.
the ones I have(not mine on loan a rack ant accessories) are approx 1/2"x 2mm wall.
any suggestions?

As you see this is standard hydraulic pipe, you may have a local stockist?

Cold drawn seamless, cold drawn welded Probably a couple of options in those that'll result in around a 3mm wall thickness, 14.29 OD with a 2.95 wall for example for either of the cold drawn tubes. The 1/2" x 2mm mentioned sounds like ERW which'd be cheaper if a 2mm wall is sufficient
