As far as i know 5mm is the thinnest for 160 x 80, IMS have all standard sizes listed http://www.industrialmetal.co.uk/shs imp and rec.htm, although in the past this company http://www.dudley-iron-steel.co.uk/ have come up with some unusual stuff.

Paul, Dudley are a member of the Barretts group by the looks of things. I will be ringing the one in Rotherham tomorrow.
Hitch, Defender 90 rear crossmember, and extensions to a Range Rover chassis, which will be taking a roll cage and winch mount.
I had thought about cutting and welding it up from sheet. I don't have the facilities to bend anything that size.
