Steel discs - punched?

Howdy, anyone know where I can find some steel disks - a bit like fat washers - with a hole punched in the centre?

About 16mm diameter, maybe 5 to 10mm thick, not sure of centre hole size yet. Untreated steel. Need about 150 off.

Or do I need to buy that ironworker pronto?!

I'd just buy them as profiles out of the required plate thickness. Too much fiddling to make them unless its just a handful.

16 mm tube/pipe with the right wall thickness?
Probably easer to have em laser cut though as Paul says.

Just use 5 or 10 washers Some 16mm round bar cut into lengths and drilled on a lathe would do it, they sound more like a spacer than a washer. 16mm bar is cheaper than wasting plate cutting it into little circles.

Yes, they are spacers. I thought about a lathe, but 150? Ugh...

Tube would work, but the hole through the centre need to be smaller.

I could use a packet of polos and do some 'lost-polo' casting.

Trouble is, if you punched them, the inner hole will deform. Won't be very nice.
